Project 365 : 201/365 – Groomed
Bailey was a little wiped after his first trip to the groomer today. From what I gather, it was a particularly rough experience for him as well as the groomer. He does look like he is a puppy again which is nice.

Project 365 : 179/365 – Day Dream
Something that has been a lot of fun since we moved into our new house is the fact that we have a screen door at the front of our house. Why would this be fun you ask? Well, we catch the puppies in moments like this where they just sit and stare. Sometimes there are squirrels running around outside but I think that it mostly has to do with the aromas that come from the diner down the street. Can’t say I blame them.

Project 365 : 168/365 – Bailey
It has been a pretty busy night taking care of a few little behind the scenes details on the blog so naturally I put off thinking about a photograph for today for a while. Once I finally picked up my camera and fumbled around the house, I saw Bailey looking at my while laying on his bed. Rather than grab my SB-600, I cranked the ISO up to 1600, got on the floor, and shot.
While it may not be the sharpest shot that I have ever taken I am pretty pleased with the performance of my D90 handheld at a higher ISO.

Project 365 : 158/365 – Passed Out
As I was sitting on the couch pulling photographs of the amazing stuffed poblano peppers that Miranda made for dinner tonight off of my memory card and on to my computer I could not help but to make this photograph of Lola passed out half on the bed, half on the floor. She is pretty funny/clumsy when it comes to passing out from a long day at the dog park and chasing Bailey around the house. Typically anywhere will do and usually in a bizarre, contorted position. So while it was not my intention to use another photograph of Lola so soon, how could I resist??

Project 365 : 156/365 – Lola’s New Nylabone
Today was a day filled with running errands and cleaning the house. Perhaps the best thing that was done while out running around was picking up new Nylabones for Bailey and Lola. I say this because once I gave them their new toys, Lola didn’t put it down. It was honestly in her mouth being gnawed for hours. She even wanted to take it with her on their little trips outside every few hours. Of course I could not resist making a photograph of her enjoying herself.

Project 365 : 114/365 – Lola Sleeping
The whole family was all curled up on the couch this afternoon watching the Penguins knock off the Senators in overtime this afternoon. I thought that I was a little exhausted from the experience but it appeared as if Lola was even more wiped from it than I was.
