The Hold Steady : GRAMMY Museum – Los Angeles, CA
On Monday night , The Hold Steady performed live on The Drop at the GRAMMY Museum. They performed several of their new songs acoustically following an interview and Q&A session from fans in the audience. I really enjoyed the format of the night and it was particularly nice to see a band like this in such an intimate setting.

Fishbone : Brixton – Redondo Beach, CA
I checked out Fishbone down the street on Wednesday night at Brixton on the Redondo Beach Pier. It was my first time seeing them in a long time and the show was tremendously energetic and a lot of fun.

I am extremely proud to say that I have been contacted and asked to participate in, Images Without Borders. What is Images without Borders you ask?
Images without Borders provides limited edition photographic prints from fine art photographers; all proceeds go directly to Doctors without Borders in support their relief efforts in Haiti and around the world. There is no overhead other than the price of printing. Your purchase of any of these stunning images provides immediate funding. Our donors receive no remuneration and all images are freely donated in aid of those who suffer today and need our help. Help artists help the world.
I have added 4 of my photographs to the Photographers without Borders for Medecins Sans Frontieres gallery and 3 of my iPhone photographs to the iPhotography Images for Doctors without Borders gallery.
There are over 400 photographs on the site all available for immediate purchase. As described above, all the proceeds go directly to Doctors without Borders in support of their relief effort in Haiti. If you have been meaning to donate to Haiti, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to do so and to gain a piece of art in the process.
Thank you for checking this out and it would be greatly appreciated if you could re-tweet this or e-mail this to those that you know that might be interested in helping out. There is also a Facebook Fan Page that you could join and use to help spread your support with.
Project 365 : 9/365 – Anemone Flower
These beautiful flowers that we picked up at the farmers market on sunday have made it through the week in amazing fashion. The woman that we buy the flowers really has the best stuff at ridiculously low prices. We are such huge fans, we picked up all the flowers we had for our wedding from her. It is safe to say that you will see more of what she gets as the year passes as part of this project.

Project 365: 8/365 – Colors & Lines
I saw this wall yesterday when I was photographing the image that I used for Day 7 of Project 365. I really loved the colors and the lines so I went back and photographed it today.
