Project 365 : 38/365 – Asparagus
I just got back from the weekly grocery shop and I am shocked that I am starting to toss asparagus into the basket. This vegetable was one that I particularly loathed (along with brussel sprouts) growing up but now I love. Can’t wait to toss these in a little salt and pepper with some olive oil and them put them in the oven. Delicious!!
