Project 365 : 37/365 – Walter Pyramid, Cal State Long Beach
With the rain parting and the sun shining this afternoon I wanted to head outside to photograph today. I grabbed my bag and first headed south on the Pacific Coast Highway towards Huntington Beach but was turned around because the road was closed for what I can only assume as because of flooding. My next intention was to photograph at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden on campus of Cal State Long Beach (something that I have been meaning to do for a while) but due to a private event, I was turned away. Luckily enough, I was parked next to the Walter Pyramid. This is something that I have only seen from a distance before today and I have always found it curious seeing as it is a big blue pyramid in the middle of the campus.

I admire your perseverance for today’s photo. The pyramid looks insane against the sky, great photo.
Thank you Joey!
