Weekend in Jacksonville

2009 May 11
by Paul R. Giunta

My amazing wife surprised me with a trip to Jacksonville, Florida over the weekend to celebrate my birthday.  We had such a great time eating and visiting with each other while we were there.  While the majority of the shots I took were of the family, I managed to get a few that I could share here.  I hope you like them.

Hi Paul. Great site., just found.
I have a D90, SB-600 and am still exploring them. You have taken great shots. I love them.

One question – Do you edit all the pictures in photoshop or are they straight from your D90?

I am trying hard to get results like yours’ but not getting consistent results.

    Greaaaaaat work.

Kris – I shoot only in RAW and I do all my editing in Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) and CS4. I do not use any of the settings in the camera to make the JPG files.

    Thanks Paul.

I am inspired with your pictures. I will have to squeeze more time for my D90. Will keep experimenting.
