Day 7 of Project 50
I spent a good chunk of the day teetering on the edge of a barstool in front of a television at the local bar in absolute agony watching the Flyers decimate the Penguins on national television. I know. It was an amazingly warm and sunny day in Long Beach today and the last place that I should have been was at a bar.
My day took a fortuitous turn when I got home to find my wife unloading groceries from Whole Foods from her car. Something that we usually do together on Sunday’s, she got the whole list herself. After dinner, I realized that I still needed a shot for my daily entry in Project 50. I went into our office to grab my camera and I heard the sink running. The Mrs. was now washing the dishes that I had messed up earlier in the morning.
It immediately struck me that a shot of my wife (in all her dishwashing glory) would be an appropriate entry to my Project 50 on a day where she has done so much for me.
